This building is available and I had a quick view just now. I think we can knock it down to S$7 million. It has an approx 12,000 sq ft of letable space and it works out to 583 psf which I think it's a pretty decent price.
This is a 99 years leasehold and currently only left with about 60 years. However we are allowed to top up to 99 years as this area is marked commerical (blue area) which means if we like, we can tear down and build a 12 story building. I am finding out how much we have to pay to top up to 99 years.
It is 5 minutes from the central business district and booming future integrated resort at Marina bay. It is also 2 minutes away from Chinatown.
